Welcome to BSIS – where students come to learn, grow, and thrive! At BSIS, we strive to provide our students with an enjoyable and enriching educational experience. We understand the importance of physical activity and its role in a healthy lifestyle, which is why we offer a variety of sporting activities aimed at improving the health and fitness of our students, nurturing individual talents, and enabling them to enjoy the recreational benefits it offers. Our activities are designed to teach valuable life skills such as trust, commitment, self-discipline, honesty, respect for the opponent, and most importantly, grace and stoicism, whether you win or lose.

Overview of Sports Activities at BSIS:

At BSIS, we believe that sports can help students build physical, mental, and emotional strength. That’s why our students have access to a variety of sporting activities that are tailored to their interests and abilities. We offer Athletics, Swimming, Basketball, Football, Cricket, Table Tennis, Tennis, Judo, Taekwondo, Chess, Volleyball, Throwball, and Athletics. Our playground includes a grass pitch and tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, providing opportunities for a range of outdoor sports. The school campus also has two small playgrounds for preschoolers and the primary classes.

Athletics:

At BSIS, we believe that athletics is a great way to get students to stay active and enjoy the benefits of physical activity. We offer a wide range of athletics activities, including track and field, cross country, and long-distance running. Our athletics activities are designed to help students develop strength, speed, and stamina, and to provide them with the opportunity to compete in local, regional, and national competitions. We also offer specialist coaching for students who wish to further develop their athletic abilities

Swimming:

Swimming is an essential skill that every student should learn. At BSIS, we offer swimming lessons for students of all ages and abilities. Our lessons are designed to teach students the basics of swimming, water safety, and rescue techniques. We also offer competitive swimming lessons for those students who wish to develop their skills and compete in local, regional, and national competitions.

Basketball:

Basketball is a sport that is enjoyed by many students at BSIS. We offer a variety of basketball activities, including competitive games, skills clinics, and tournaments. Our activities are designed to help students develop their coordination, agility, and teamwork skills, while also having lots of fun.

Football:

Football is a popular sport at BSIS. We offer competitive games, skills clinics, and tournaments to help students develop their technique, speed, and agility. Our football activities are designed to help students learn the importance of teamwork and to enjoy the recreational benefits of the sport.

Cricket:

At BSIS, we understand the importance of cricket and its role in our students’ development. We offer cricket lessons and competitive games to help students develop their batting, bowling, and fielding skills. Our cricket activities are designed to help students learn the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork while enjoying the recreational benefits of the sport.
